See dieticain: You need to speak w/ a dietician . Most hospitals employ one. Metabolism varies among people. You may have to " work out " 4 days a week and eat smaller portions. A dietician can guide and help you.Also, u have to be disciplined in your desire to lose weight. If u follow their reccommendations, the weight will eventually come off. Good luck!
