Not unsual: It's hard to say without knowing more about how your body feels weird, but if you've been sedentary and then did a lot of walking it wouldn't be unusual to be a bit sore and achy. If you have adrenal fatigue you might feel pretty wiped out after a lot of exertion. But exercise is so good for your health- it can increase endorphin production, reducing pain, relieving anxiety etc. Try regular walks!
