Got Tofu?: The soy based protein sources are good, but other beans, are great too. Chick peas in felafel and hummus are a great staple. Lentils and rice form the basis of the traditional nepali diet. Nuts like almonds have some protein, as do the grains. Quinoa is a super-food. Many alternatives exist to enslaving and killing other species for food, poisoning the environment and ruining our own health.
