Protein: G of protein refers to grams of protein. A person needs about 60-70 grams per day to gain weight, depending upon gender and age and body size. Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent.
