I am 25, i was told i have labral tear & facing impending articular failure. i've have a hip scope 2 yrs ago for this, what is next step? it hurts bad

It's difficult to give you specific advice without knowing your full situation and without reviewing updated x-rays and an MRI arthrogram. At times, a second arthroscopy can relieve pain. Platelet rich plasma injections can be a nonsurgical option.
