See a hip specialist: I'm sorry about your situation. Obviously, it's time to a hip specialist, either the one that did your surgery or a new one if you prefer a 2nd opinion. It's difficult to give you specific advice without knowing your full situation and without reviewing updated x-rays and an MRI arthrogram. At times, a second arthroscopy can relieve pain. Platelet rich plasma injections can be a nonsurgical option.
