I had a hip arthroscopy almost two years ago for a labral tear with unsatisfactory results and yesterday developed foot drop. advice?

Foot drop: Firstly it is highly unlikely that the arthroscopy is related to the foot drop. Secondly developing foot drop without back, pain, history of trauma, etc. is not common. So if its really foot drop get over to your doctor right away and be checked out.
