A member asked:

Calcium is important in the neuronal process of learning. then are consuming calcium and learning better/faster/more easily directly related?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not exactly that way: The body has plenty of calcium and so keeps the blood level of calcium normal so that brain and nerve functions stay normal. The calcium comes out from the bones, if needed. All a person has to do is eat or drink plenty of calcium, and get a good amount of vitamin d. The bones will store up the calcium for whenever the body needs some.
