Calcium: It will not help your bone heal faster. We all need calcium in our diets, women more so than men. If you don't get it from dairy, the supplement may be good for you long term.

Calcium: Calcium supplements will not delay your bone healing process, but they will probably not speed it up much either if you're eating a healthy diet.
