Check w/a good: Registered dietitian or a website. Ther are many other foods with calcium in them, but dairy is one of the best sources. You need approx. 1000 mg of elemental calcium a day, plus approx 2000 units ofvitamin d3. If your diet is insufficient, you can supplement with a cheap generic calcium replacement with meals to get up to those totals.
