What are the natural sources of obtaining calcium in large amounts, if one can't eat dairy and fish?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Calcium: Dairy is a good source do calcium, and even if you can't drink milk, then you can try some yogurt. It is present in some vegetables, but you would need to eat lots. Better to take a calcium supplement that contains vitamin d to improve absorption. Take it three times a day with meals for best benefit.
