Probably negative...: You are probably negative, but the only way to know is to get retested again. Most lymph nodes usually come and go if you have an infection on the face, such as cystic acne. However, if it doesn't go away after a month or so, it may be worth seeing your medical provider to determine if it is a lymph node or something else.. Based on your protected sexual contact, your HIV risk is already low.
