Normal healing???: Often depends on how long ago you had the tooth out, if it was a difficult extraction (bony/tissue impacted or just tissue,) if the tooth had to be sectioned to remove (broke,) etc. Also, it may depend on your overall immune system. Sometimes the bump can be due to part of the tooth or bone that is still in the tissue. If in doubt, go to the dentist and get an x-ray.
