What could cause pulsating in tooth extraction socket 3wks after extracted. it happens when i bend over, jump, hr gets ^, etc. normal healing?

Inflammation: It probably also occurs when you lie down. The pulsating is the blood flow through the area as your heart beats. When the blood pressure in that area changes (like when bending over, lying down, jumping around) you'll feel it.
