Possibly: It isn't something we generally hear patients talk about nor is it documented but many things that go on during the healing process. It could also be that you are having normal drainage from the healing esp. If it was very recent < 2-3 days. Without knowing which tooth, when it was removed, any other symptoms, etc. It is difficult to say but if that is the only symptom, everything is probably fine.
