Simply a description: of a soft tissue structure, nature/significance unclear, with evidence of blood flow (i.e. the color flow) visualized. Lesion usually used to imply a structure which is not healthy, however this is not reliable. Need help of an OB/Gyn specialist, possibly surgeon, very familiar with your history, the specifics of what was being looked for & devoted to wisely helping you protect you best interests.
