Good advice: It would be prudent to monitor the cervix by PAP smear and/or colposcopy so that if the lesion progresses, it may be removed in time.

56,doc says still not in menopause, had D&C & hysteroscopy for polyp, all benign, also have ovarian cyst,if cancer,would results have showed something?
Recent ultrasound found .8 cm uterine polyp or fibroid (solid lesion isoechoic to the myomentum). Doc recommends hysteroscopy to remove but said shes not concerned for cancer. I had a colon polyp removed last year that was precancerous. Scared?
