Had a baby 11/20. i breastfed since 08/21. once i stopped, periods are irregular along w/pelvic/back pain. switched birth control, ultra sound found cyst on cervix. i still bleed 3wks out of 1mo & doc claims it isn't related. it's been 1yr! thoughts?

The "cyst" on the cervix will not cause the bleeding. If the switch in birth control was to oral bcp's, themost common cause of persistent bleeding is not taking the active pills at the same hour each day. I you are on low dose bcp's, stop, wait five days, and then pay attention to punctuality. There are other causes of bleeding (cervicitis, endometrial polyps) which should be investigated.
