Can doctors get a clear view of the posterior fornix wall of the vagina behind the cervix, or have to use laporoscopy or smth similar?

Usually : Usually it is possible with a speculum to get a good look at this part of the body. Some people have anatomy that makes it difficult but in most cases it's fairly simple for an experienced gynecologist.

It takes a lot: to be able to visualize the fornix of the uterus. Laparoscopy is the most frequent tool used to do that. Colposcopy only visualizes the cervix but may be adjusted to look around the vaginal vault. A simple vaginoscope may do the trick as well.
