I think my iud is coming out, strings are lower, it feels like something is stuck inside my cervix, cramps, no bleeding other than spotting though. does it sound like its coming out? what should i do if i cant see my doctor quickly?

Use backup : IUDs do occasionally come out. if you think this is the case then make sure you use a back up pregnancy protection plan until you can see your doctor. If you are uncomfortable then you could go to an urgent care clinic for an immediate evaluation.
