Mindset: This is all in your mindset. Sometimes when we are thinking healthy, we really commit to it, we exercise, we eat healthy and we can lose weight once we put our minds to it. Then there are other times, times of stress, we are busy, not thinking about health, and we are eating fast food, not exercising, drinking soda. One thing to try is living a more "moderate life" this will keep you stable.
