Would a pea sized lymph node in the neck be considered normal? my ent does not want to biopsy it as it is mobile, soft and i have no other symptoms.

Size: If less than 1 cm watchful waiting and follow up is best. All the other characters are consistent with a normal lymph node. Trust your doc!
