A 31-year-old female asked:

Pea sized palpable lymph node behind ear in neck. ent says it is respiratory infection but ive had no symptoms. may feel another in neck, is dr wrong?

May be viral : Small pea size nontender node may be a reactive node. I think you should monitor them, if they it grows then have checked.

I agree that it's likely a reactive lymph node. Is it tender when you touch it? Tender nodes are more likely reactive and will go away with time. Nontender nodes are more worrisome and should be checked out by your doctor.
