If lymph nodes in the neck need to be biopsied then is this typically done under a local anaesthetic in a ENT specialist's rooms or in a hospital under a general anaesthetic?
Would a pea sized lymph node in the neck be considered normal? My ENT does not want to biopsy it as it is mobile, soft and I have no other symptoms.
