Enlarged lymph nodes in left check neck and arm. 8mm and dr's won't biopsy. seen ent gp and cancer. what could it be? what should i do

Wait and watch: If three different specialist do not feel the need to do a biopsy, it would be reasonable to wait and watch. If the nodes double in size you should re-contact your primary care doctor.
