A member asked:

Ultrasound of the neck , states , multiple small lymph nodes and two nodes not of normal architecture , what does that mean ? ent ordered a ct with contrast based off that .. she said it was a very broad term , and they were too small for biopsy?

I'm happy that an ENT specialist is supervising your workup. You don't mention any symptoms or results of blood tests such as cbc&diff, or monotest. In your case only 2 nodes showed abnormal architecture which can be seen in malignancy but it's not entirely diagnostic without biopsy. The CT with contrast should shed more information. as could a Pet ct scan.
