Avoid sugars: Avoid Sugars and Carbohydrates. The fruits you should avoid are of course those high in sugars and carbs such as : Grapes, bananas, watermelon, peaches, pears, pineapples, oranges, apples to name a few. Diet and exercise remains the hallmark of good diabetes management. Good luck.
