Less than 100 gr/day: For my diabetic patients with normal weight (not overweight or obese) i usually recommend them to keep their carbohydrate intake less than 100 grams/day unless they exercise a lot. Bananas have a high content of carbohydrates and i suggest keeping your intake to maybe 1-2/day unless your activity level is high and you are burning it.
