Ingredients?: The healthiness of a smoothie depends on the ingredients. The sugars from fruit are not nearly as unhealthy as those from candy or cake and the like. A smoothie with fruit and protein powder, maybe with a skim milk base, could be quite healthy as an in-between meals snack.
