See dentist: It sounds like you have an abscessed tooth with nerve involvement. You should see a dentist ASAP to get it treated.

Infection: My concern would be a sinus infection, with the possibility of a tooth infection. Definitely see your doctor or dentist for evaluation. If you have fever and chills, see someone tonight.

Sinus: Your maxillary sinuses sit under your cheek bones. The roots from your upper teeth actually are in the sinus cavity. So if you have sinus pressure or infection it can irritate your teeth. Your ear will have pressure because you will also have swelling of your eustachian tube so the fluid doesn't drain from your middle ear thus causing pressure. Hope this helps.

Possible sinusitis : Your maxillary sinus is around the area you are having pain. You may have a sinus infection or an abscess in a tooth. You should see your doctor to find out which you have and get the appropriate treatment.

Sinus: Does sound like a sinus infection, but could be an infected tooth affecting the sinus. Get checked out
