A member asked:

Sometimes when straining, i get a sharp, throbbing fullness pressure in my head that lasts maybe 5 seconds and i feel like can not move my head.

Nondiagnostic: This is a nondiagnostic symptom but raises some concern about possibilities like intracranial aneurysm or growths. It could simply be a scalp discomfort rather than anything serious. However, for peace of mind consult a neurologist who will evaluate you and your symptom and determine whether brain imaging studies are advisable.
