Tooth pain: Chronic tooth pain can be due to bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), infection of the tooth or gums, a fractured tooth (very common under large silver fillings).
Bruxism can cause TMJ dysfunction with pain referred to the ear.
A definitive diagnosis cannot be made without a clinical exam, x-rays, and additional information.
Check again with your dentist, and an ENT for ear pain.

Your primary care provider could also evaluate and initiate treatment if sinus, ear or dental infection is suspected. You can still follow up with dentist as needed.

Braces, right ?: Another post you made said you have orthodontic appliances. You may have a prematurity (your bite is off). Ask your orthodontist to check your bite.
