Tooth pain: Chronic tooth pain can be due to bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), infection of the tooth or gums, a fractured tooth (very common under large silver fillings). Bruxism can cause TMJ dysfunction with pain referred to the ear. A definitive diagnosis cannot be made without a clinical exam, x-rays, and additional information. Check again with your dentist, and an ENT for ear pain.

Braces, right ?: Another post you made said you have orthodontic appliances. You may have a prematurity (your bite is off). Ask your orthodontist to check your bite.
