Unrelated: Throbbing tooth pain may be tooth infection (abscess) or infected sinus. Opposite side ear infection needs more aggressive care. See BOTH Dentist and ENT specialist. Don't expect crossover care, you need to see practitioners of both disciplines. Your two separate infections require immediate aggressive care.

No: The throbbing pain if from a middle ear infection would be at the ears and not relieved by ear drops. The throbbing pain at the upper left teeth may be from a jaw problem (grinding) or less commonly a part of the migraine but at left maxillary sinus infection needs be considered as well. You need to contact your doctor again and get a referral if necessary.

2 separate issues: and should be treated separately. See your GP for ear infection, headache and migraines. See your DDS for a throbbing toothache or other dental problems.
