What are the signs of osteomylitis in the upper maxillary jaw. 1 doctor thinks i have it & 1 doctor says i don't! so i am going to get a 3rd opinion. my symptoms are cheek bone pain, ear pain, teeth/extraction site pain, & pressure. no fever.
