Makes no sense: Your numbers reflect a caloric load equal to 3+ pounds a day and 7 times the maximal fluid load for a kid that size. You need to review your numbers and correct the errors before we could comment.

Normal variation: You prob meant 1000 cal/day, but 1 lb difference in 15 days can be explained on multiple factors, including absorption and output. Check for any new symptoms like fever, increased frequency of BM etc and consult the doctor for a periodic check.
