Eating too little?: Sometimes if you consume too few calories, your body gradually shifts into starvation mode and your REE (resting energy expenditure) falls to such a point that it is very difficult to burn fat. Consider having REE performed, and/or consulting a nutritionist to have healthy meal plan and proper weight loss calorie estimate calculated. Regular but moderate exercise plan is also needed. Exercise ?: What kind of exercise are you doing? It may be time to change your workout routine. Also, you may want to try and change the composition of food percentages in your diet.
