Anemic: Eating green vegetables will help replace some of your iron. My bigger concern is that the propythiouracil may be the cause of your anemia. See your doctor asap for evaluation.

Eat food below: Legumes: lentils, soybeans, tofu, tempeh, lima beans grains: quinoa, fortified cereals, brown rice, oatmeal nuts and seeds: pumpkin, squash, pine, pistacio, sunflower, cashews, unhulled sesame vegetables: tomato sauce, swiss chard, collard greens, other: blackstrap molasses, prune juice - all of the above are good vegetarian sources of iron.

Injectible iron: You're a grown-up now with some serious health problems including Graves's disease. It is extremely difficult for a vegan to enough iron & several other nutrients, and I would urge you to reconsider your involvement with this diet or at least to find a vegan-friendly physician to guide you. It seems to be costing you your health. Your physician can inject iron but it's unpleasant. Be wise.
