Can levothyroxine 112 mg for underactive thyroid be too much and cause overactive thyroid? i think it might be high dose and lower thyroid too much, wont have time to see my doctor until july, can i take this every other month then instead monthly?

You're going to have to make time. The amount of medication required is determined by both medical history and appropriate lab tests, neither of which are available on this general education site. Thyroid medication requires careful titration. See your prescribing Physician as soon as possible.
