Need for evaluation: A TSH of 102.4 indicates severe thyroid insufficiency. You should consult an endocrinologist for optimum management of your condition. The medication you are taking seems insufficient, but consult your doctor before making any change.

Yes: Hi. Yes, that's very abnormal. I would like to see a free T4 & free T3 (liothyronine) and speak with you and examine you. Congenital hypothyroidism, treated from infancy, will prevent cretinism, and clearly you do not have cretinism. However, without exam and other labs and maybe MRI, need to consider possibility of thyroid hormone resistance or even a pituitary adenoma making TSH. See an endocrinologist.
