Slow down: It is not healthy to lose weight that fast. You want to aim for about one kg per week. Cutting back on carbohydrates is the best way to lose weight. Try not eating more than 40 grams of carbs with each meal. Regular exercise of 30-60 minutes a day will also help. A diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein is best.
