What problem?: Assuming u r at average height (5"10), 95kg is roughly 210lbs and i would say that this is 40lbs overweight. 65kg is about 143lbs which =bmi of 20+. Being 5-10', ideal wt range 130-170lb so i would say you are good. U can gain 25lbs and still in good range, so eat a bit more, add weight-bearing exercises. Consult nutritionist/trainer if you need. Self-help books/magazines ok for many. Good luck.
