Could be.: Could also be posterior urethral valve rare presentation, infection, kidney stones, etc. Hopefully, you were about to write that a urine culture has been sent from the office with the stool culture. http://www.uptodate.com/contents/blood-in-the-urine-hematuria-in-children-beyond-the-basics
