Wait a week: That would give the abrasions time to heal up, unless your urologist has other advice.

Difficult Question: If you have any remaining sludge or irritation the blood not seen by the human eye that shows on a dip test can stick around for a while and be normal. If a person needed a urologist to use a tool to grab the stone or a stent place the same is true then too. If you don't see blood and are pain free and following the diet your dr gave you you are ok until follow up with your doc.
