I have worsening pain in my lower right back, having done no physical labor to injure it. could this be a kidney issue< i am urinating more frequently & with more urgency.starting this evening i am running a low grade fever of 1-2 %.

This : This is quite possibly a urinary tract infection. With the fever i would be worried about upper urinary tract infections (ie: pyelonephritis). I would seek medical attention asap to get treated with antibiotics if indicated. If left untreated this could assend into the kidneys and possibly a blood infection. Other possibilities include kidney stones. Symptoms such as abdomenal pain, nausea and vomiting can accompany serious urine infections. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and see your doctor today.
