is it possible for something else to be wrong besides a kidney stone with blood in urine, left side pain, & no infection. i'm sorry, just very nervous?

Sounds like stone: It sounds like a kidney stone. I would talk to your doctor if you are concerned. If they did an ultrasound or CT scan that would show up any tumor or other problem. If those studies have already been done then you can relax. In someone your age a kidney stone and infection are the most common causes for blood in the urine. Drink lots of water.
