GO see your doc: You likely have a UTI and need antibiotics. You can buy urostat over the counter in the meantime, but need to start antibiotics soon. Go get your urine tested at your family doctor's office.

See your doctor!: See a doctor as soon as possible. Your symptoms are classic for a UTI or kidney stone. Just because you don't have a fever doesn't mean it is not serious. Drink lots of fluids, cranberry juice if it is available, but go see a doctor asap!
