See urologist: Suspect you may be correct, but there is no way in which to diagnose this long distance. You need to be seen and appropriately evaluated. Keep your appointment. If there is a stone it may have to be removed with ureteroscopy or lithotripsy. Good luck and hope this clears up soon. If it is a stone, make sure they check your parathyroid.
