Been on lexapro (escitalopram) 15 mg for four days. i'm also coming off of citalopram. i feel like everything is agitating me and angry what could be the reason?

It depends: on what dose of citalopram you were on as Lexapro (escitalopram) is a very similar molecule and is dosed at half the amount as citalopram. Then again it could be a totally different reason.
