Not possible: After you have gone through puberty the bone growth stops and it is not possible to get taller. Steroids are dangerous so avoid those. Eat a healthy diet and get regular exercise to stay healthy.

Yes: You may still grow a little more. Most people will have minimal growth after 18 but your epiphyseal plate fuses around age 25. Steroids will not increase your height but may increase your muscle bulk. Exercise, healthy diet and good sleep and hope that your genes are programed for that. Otherwise make the best of what you have and dont let any body make you believe that you need a particular heigh
