If the: growth plates of your bones are closed/fused, which normally occurs in late adolescence, there is little or no potential for additional height growth. At your age, the growth plates are likely almost closed. The status of your growth plates("bone age") can be determined with a single xray of the hand/wrist. Talk to your doc about assessing your stature.
