Possibly: Some humans will have a natural orange tone to their feet based on genetics and some will also develop this based on the carotene /carrots/vegetables etc that become naturally deposited in the tissues. Apart from that its possible to also have yeast infections on the soles of the feet. I would suggest a follow up with your doctor to confirm these findings.

Not Mg or Spinach: Neither magnesium or spinach will cause orange soles. Most likely it is dye from your shoes staining the feet when you sweat. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
